Today I've teamed up with Shabby Apple to share how I styled their "Morgan" skirt. If I could "transform" into any skirt, it would be this one from Shabby Apple! It is so ME! I mean it is floral, flared, and my favorite thing about it is the double tulle layer! I got compliments on the skirt from random people when we were shooting this outfit. It's definitely an eye catcher because it is so unique, and it has that vintage look to it. Because the skirt has so much awesomeness going on already, I decided to pair it with a plain red shirt and red heels to compliment the red flowers on it, but there are tons of other ways to style this skirt. In case you are wondering about Shabby Apples sizing, I'd say their clothing is true to size! Mines in a size 8 which is what I typically wear in J.Crew/Nordstrom skirts. Be sure to check out Shabby Apples website! they have beautiful collections from dresses to skirts, to bathing suits, but I must warn you...you'll probably want to purchase everything :)

It feels so good to be back! It has been a while, and I've really missed taking pictures and blogging. I had planned to take some time off from social media to enjoy other things in life but "life" sort of happened and my little break turned into a long one. I went to the doctor a few weeks back because I was having chest pain and shortness of breath and after so many questions, the doctor told me I needed a heart ultrasound to make sure I wasn't having any back flow (when he blood the heart pumps out, falls back in the heart instead of fully pumping out) which freaked me out. I had to wait two weeks to get the ultrasound which made things worse! I freak out, and panic about anything regarding my health especially if its my heart you know? I mean who wouldn't? Anyway, the ultrasound was normal but they did say I was very stressed and need to have a few massage sessions to help reduce stress....I guess that means my hunny has a lot of work to do (ha ha!). But all joking aside, I thank God everything is ok with my health!

Thanks for stopping by!

xoxo,
Alma
